Maintenance Request
Submitting a maintenance request has never been easier. You can submit a request through your tenant portal, you can call in a request to 714-241-7368, or you can fill out the form below and a Los Caballeros Real Estate & Financial Services representative will contact you regarding your request. Most request will be addressed in 24-48 hours.

Please note, if repairs or maintenance items are determined to have been caused by the tenant, tenant will be charged for services rendered.
